Ms. Aminath Eenas is the Honorable President of Human Rights Commission of Maldives (HRCM). Her 15 years of contribution is found in the sector of Child Rights and Protection and Women’s Rights and Protection. She has been actively involved in awareness programs in Women’s Rights and Child Rights issues through correctional program for juveniles, preparing national reports and reports for UNICEF. Moreover, she also has an experience working with perpetrators. With passion and firmness of purpose she has been advocating and protecting human rights in the Maldives. She also served as a Counselor in the Ministry of Gender, Family Development and Social Security.
